Insert consisting of prmA promoter and mRFP

Insert start with the BioBrick prefix, followed by the prmA promoter region identified in Rhodococcus RHA1.This promoter region is responsible for flocculation in Rhodococcus as a stress response. The insert also includes mFRP part BBa_E1010, a ref fluorescent protein with increased transcription due to the promoter sequence. The stop codons used are iGEM part BBa_0010 and iGEM part BBa_0012. T7 terminator was inserted at the end prior to the polya tail and BioBrick suffix.
